Welcome To The Order of the Arrow! Congratulations for your election and induction into Scouting's National Honor Society, the Order of the Arrow. This website You can also check out the OA Basics page on the National OA web site as well as learn more about the history of Egwa Tawa Dee Lodge by visiting the OA History page on this site. What Chapter Am I In? If you know what Council District you are from, then it should be easy to determine your chapter.
For a more complete listing of communities each chapter serves, go to Chapters page and look at the map. For information on when and where your Chapter meets, visit the appropriate chapter website or visit the Chapters page on this site and look at the Chapter reports or refer to the Egwa Tawa Dee Lodge Planbook for contact information for each Chapter. The Journey Has Just Begun: Seal Your Ties of Brotherhood There are many reasons to attain your Brotherhood Honor, not the least of which is an understanding of the Order of the Arrow and what you can give to both the organization and your own unit. After ten months of active service as an Ordeal member, you become eligible to seal your membership in the Brotherhood ceremony. You must meet five challenges before you can enter the Circle of the Brotherhood.
Be alert for information in the Quiver and email letting you know of upcoming lodge events. Egwa Tawa Dee offers many opportunities throughout the year to advance toward Brotherhood. Consult your Order of the Arrow Handbook and don't hesitate to ask the Lodge Officers any questions you might have. |
