Ordeals

Each year Egwa Tawa Dee Lodge inducts new members into the Order of the Arrow. This process is refered to as an Ordeal. Typically there are two Ordeals in the spring and a make-up Ordeal in the fall at one of the Atlanta Area Council's three camps. The Ordeal is a weekend experience in which those elected or selected learn about the customs and traditions of the Order of the Arrow and undertake a spiritual journey to discover the true meanings of leadership, service and the Brotherhood of Scouting.
